Consider and approve the appropriation of Asset Forfeiture funds from Account No. 259-\n71-711-6321 to purchase “SPIDR Tech” Notification and Community Engagement\nsoftware in an amount not-to-exceed $143,000;\n2. Consider and approve “SPIDR Tech” as a subsidiary of Versaterm Public Safety as a\nsole source vendor; and\n3.
