6. AMENDMENTS TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TRANSTECH\nENGINEERS, INC. FOR ON-CALL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. (Transtech), of Chino,\nCalifornia, for on-call Project Management Services for the Concession Stand Remodel at\nLatimer Field in an amount of $7,040 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$1,146,000; and\nB.
