H. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement to Willdan Engineering for contract temporary code enforcement services. (Garrett) Recommendation: 1) Approve a professional services agreement with Willdan Engineering in the amount of $80,000 to provide temporary code enforcement services in the Community Development Department for up to six months during the recruitment process and authorizing the City Manager to extend the term an additional six months as deemed necessary; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
