I. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Emerald Isle Entertainment (Emerald) to operate a synthetic skating rink. (Waters) Recommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the original Professional Services Agreement with Emerald in the amount of $28,400, thereby increasing the agreement amount from $24,500 to $52,900 to install and operate a synthetic skating rink at the Ken Dyda Civic Center for a period of nine days in December 2023; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the amendment in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
