18. Agreement Between the City of Hawthorne and Harris & Associates for Development Impact Fee Reports. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopts agreement between Harris & Associates and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement, and any and all amendments, thereto, with any minor non-substantive changes to be made by Counsel.
