8.f RESOLUTION NO. 2023-101 AWARDING A PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE 10TH STREETSCAPE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT (S22107) AND APPROPRIATING $410,000 TO THE PROJECT BUDGET. (0390-86 & 0720-10) Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2023-101 awarding the contract for the 10th Streetscape Enhancement Project to Fordyce Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,171,685, and authorize a budget transfer in the amount of $410,000 to the 10th Streetscape Enhancement Project (S22107) from available Transnet and SB1 funds.
