(0390-86 & 0720-10)\nRecommendation:\nAdopt Resolution No. 2023-101 awarding the contract for the 10th Streetscape Enhancement\nProject to Fordyce Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,171,685, and authorize a budget\ntransfer in the amount of $410,000 to the 10th Streetscape Enhancement Project (S22107)\nfrom available Transnet and SB1 funds.

8.g ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NUMBER 2023-99 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER\nTO RATIFY THE PARAMEDIC STAFFING AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF CHULA\nVISTA.
