8.h RESOLUTION NUMBER 2023-100 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO RATIFY THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, OES FOR THE USE OF THE WIRELESS EMERGENCY ALERT (WEA) AND GENERATE ALERT SAN DIEGO CAMPAIGNS TO OUR JURISDICTION.(0210-72) Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution 2023-100 authorizing the City Manager to ratify the MOA with the County of San Diego, OES for the use of the Wireless Emergency Alert (WEA) and generate Alert San Diego campaigns to our jurisdiction.
