(0800-50) Recommendation: That the City Council adopts Resolution 2023-86 authorizing a non-exclusive License Agreement with DISH Wireless, LLC to provide access to 827 Imperial Beach Boulevard (632-111-27-00) for the installation and operation of a cellular site.
