8.c CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2023-74 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF IMPERIAL BEACH AND THE PORT OF SAN DIEGO TO LEASE DUNES PARK. (0920-10 & 0150-70) Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve Resolution No. 2023-74 authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an agreement with the Port of San Diego to lease Dunes Park from the City of Imperial Beach.
