5-A. PROVIDE AN UPDATE AND RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING THE MONTEREY PARK REWARDS PROGRAM It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Discussing several options regarding the continued use of a shop local rewards program; and (2) If desirable, providing additional staff direction; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
