4.6 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR POINTE AIR\nCONDITIONING & CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR HVAC MAINTENACE SERVICES\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a first amendment to the agreement with Harbor Pointe Air Conditioning &\nControl Systems to perform HVAC maintenance services that increases the total\ncompensation under the agreement by $50,000 for a total agreement amount of\n$100,000; and\n2.
