4G. AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nKNOWLAND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. FOR DIVISION OF THE STATE\nARCHITECT (DSA) REQUIRED SHADE STRUCTURE INSPECTION SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to Professional\nServices Agreement (PSA) No. 23-11 with Knowland Construction Services,\nInc. to perform additional Department of the State Architect (DSA) required\ninspection services for the Whitaker School Park Project in the amount of\n$12,800; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the amendment; 3) Authorize the City\nManager and City Clerk to execute the amendment; and 4) Approve a\nreallocation from the approved construction contingency to construction\nengineering in the amount of $12,800.
