X. CONSIDERATION OF REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR FY 2024 AS-NEEDED PAVEMENT REPAIRS Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 23-149, which will: 1. Reject all bids received on October 5, 2023, for the FY 2024 As-Needed Pavement Repairs, CIP Project No. 24306, pursuant to Section 20166 of the Public Contract Code. 2. Authorize staff to re-scope the bid package and bid the FY 2024 As-Needed Pavement Repairs, CIP Project No. 24306, with a revised project scope.
