8. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH 4LEAF INC. FOR BUILDING AND CODE ENFORCEMENT STAFF SUPPORT RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Approve the Professional Services Agreement with 4 LEAF Inc. for Building and Code Enforcement staff support; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or his Designee to execute the Agreement.
