5) CONSIDERATION OF LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION TO AUTHORIZE THE SGVCOG TO SUBMIT A REGIONAL APPLICATION FOR THE SB 1383 LOCAL ASSISTANCE GRANT PROGRAM AND ACT AS LEAD AGENCY ON BEHALF OF THE CITY It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Acting City Manager to execute a Letter of Authorization to allow the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) to apply for the CalRecycle 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program on behalf of the City.
