8) ELECTION OF CITY MEMBER FOR SAN GABRIEL BASIN WATER QUALITY AUTHORITY BOARD REPRESENTING CITIES WITHOUT PRESCRIPTIVE PUMPING RIGHTS It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Select the candidate for which the City Council wishes to cast the City's votes for the city member to represent cities without prescriptive pumping rights on the Board of the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority. 2.
