6. Accept Grant Award from Foothill Transit for the Bus Stop Enhancement Program (BSEP) Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Approve to accept Foothill Transit’s Bus Stop Enhancement Program’s (BSEP) Grant in the amount of $40,000; and 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement with Foothill Transit; and 3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to finalize all associated documents with the grant; and 4. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate grant funds and make necessary changes to the budget.
