11. Consideration to appropriate FY 2019 Permanent Local Housing Allocation Grant Funds from the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer, and City Attorney, to execute forms and agreements for the use of Permanent Local Housing Allocation program funds to the selected project. 2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funding for this activity upon receiving PLHA funds from HCD and make the necessary budget adjustments.
