19. Authorize the Addition of Three (3) Patrol Vehicles to the City's Vehicle Lease Program It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize the addition of three (3) new police vehicles to the City’s Lease Program; and, 2. Authorize the Finance Director to appropriate FY 2023/24 budgeted funds for CIP No. 24-029-15727/59003 in the amount of $96,000 from Acct. #402-50-591-58140-15727 and #402-50-591-58110- 59003; and, 3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to add three (3) vehicles to the lease program and process the necessary documents.
