8.m RESOLUTION NO. 2023-111 AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION FOR THE OUTDOOR EQUITY GRANTS PROGRAM. (0390-86) Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2023-111 authorizing the City Manager or designee to submit an application for the Outdoor Equity Grants Program, sign all required grant application forms and execute any agreements necessary for the use of grant funds if awarded.
