8.j APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION 2023-110 TO AUTHORIZE A FIVE-YEAR LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY AND ST JAMES LUTHERAN CHURCH OF IMPERIAL BEACH FOR APPROXIMATELY 6,000 SQFT OF LAND TO BE USED FOR THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMMUNITY GARDEN. (0940-17) Recommendation: That the City Council approve Resolution 2023-110 to authorize the City Manager to execute the lease agreement between the City of Imperial Beach and Saint James Lutheran Church of Imperial Beach.
