3-C. AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. (“PSA”) 2303-AB FOR\nCONSULTANT SERVICES RELATED TO INDUSTRIAL WASTE, AND FATS, OILS AND\nGREASE (“FOG”) MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL PROGRAMS\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to Agreement 2303-AB\nwith John L. Hunter & Associates for Industrial Waste and FOG Management and Control\nProgram Assistance, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
