Waive Formal Bid Procedures and Authorize the Purchase from TLS\nChoice LLC to Replace Esther Snyder Community Center Sound Panels\nfor CIP21-193 & CIP21-194\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Waive formal bid procedures pursuant to Section 34.23(C) of the\nBaldwin Park Municipal Code; and\n2. Authorize the purchase in the amount of $166,339.83 from TLS\nChoice LLC; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Recreation & Community Services to\nexecute any other associated documents needed for the purchase;\nand\n4.
