8. Approve the Requisition of Eleven (11) New Police Vehicles to the City's\nLease Program - Measure BP Stakeholders Oversite Committee (SOC)\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Concur and approve the recommendation of the SOC for funding\nfrom Measure BP Funding for $1,056,00.00 plus $80,000.00 for\ncontingency at the discretion of the CEO for the lease acquisition of\neleven (11) Police Vehicles.\n2. Authorize the addition of eleven (11) new police vehicles to the City’s\nLease Program; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $1,136,00.00 funds\nfrom Measure BP (Fund #110) for this lease agreement; and\n4. Authorize the Director of Public Works or their designee to add\neleven (11) vehicles to the lease program to include:\n• 10 Dodge Durango Pursuit vehicles.\n• 1 Ford Mustang Mach-E Sport Crossover Utility vehicle.\n• Accessories, light bar, police cage, and support equipment.
