MINUTES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Approving the minutes from the special meetings of October 4, 2023 and November 1, 2023, and the regular meetings of October 4, 2023, October 18, 2023 and November 1, 2023: and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
