ENDING THE EMPLOYMENT EMERGENCY FOR THE CITY OF MONTEREY PARK EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 2023 It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing this report; (2) Adopting a resolution terminating the employment emergency effective December 31, 2023 and authorizing the City Manager to take all practical actions needed to finalize the recruitment and retention of persons for employment; and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
