City Council: Approval of two Property Use Agreements between the City and SiFi Networks Oceanside LLC, for use of a portion of City-owned land located at 110 Jones Road and a portion of El Corazon located adjacent to the southwest entrance on Oceanside Boulevard each for a 30-year term, with a combined revenue for both locations of $2,283,620; and authorization for the City Manager to execute the agreements upon receipt of all supporting documents
