13. Fiscal Year 2022-23 Area 2 Slurry Seal Project - Final Acceptance Recommendation: That the City Council: 1. Accept the work performed by Doug Martin Contracting Company for the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Area 2 Slurry Seal Street Project; and 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file the proper “Notice of Completion”.
