PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION/CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54957 and § 54957.6, to conduct, respectively: (i) an employee performance evaluation for the position of City Manager; and (ii) labor negotiation with unrepresented employees (City Manager), with the Finance Director, City Attorney, and City Council, as the City's negotiators(s).
