7. Recommendation for Approval of Funding From the Measure BP\nStakeholders Oversight Committee (SOC) - Architectural Services for\nConcept Report for Proposed Sports Complex.\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Concur and approved the recommendation from the SOC for\nFunding from Measure BP Revenue for the preparation of a Concept\nReport for the development of a sports complex in the City for the\namount of $80,000.\n2. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $80,000 from the\nMeasure BP Fund\n3. Direct the Chief Executive Officer and the Director of Recreation and\nCommunity Services to solicit Architectural Services via a Request\nfor Qualifications (RFQ) for this purpose.\nSTAFF REPORT
