E. Awarding and Authorizing Execution of a Public Works Agreement with\nR Dependable Const Inc., for the Pier Restroom Renovation Project, CIP\nBP2202 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7498: 1. Approving the\nplans, specifications, and contract documents for the Pier Restroom\nRestoration, CIP BP2202; and, 2. Approving and awarding a Public Works\nAgreement to R Dependable Const Inc. (“R Dependable”) in the amount of\n$264,100, including the Total Base Bid of $219,585, and Additive Bid Items\nAB.1, AB.2, AB.3, AB.4, and AB.5 of $44,515, incorporating all of the\ncorrections set forth in R Dependable Const Inc.’s February 20, 2024 letter;\nwaiving any and all minor bid irregularities; and rejecting all other bids; and, 3.\nAuthorizing the City Manager to execute a Public Works Agreement for\nconstruction services to R Dependable Const Inc.; and, 4.
