D. Approving the FY 2024-25 West Orange County Water Board Budget and\nSixth Amendment to the West Orange County Water Board Joint Powers\nAgreement - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7497: 1. Approving the\nFY 2024-25 West Orange County Water Board budget of $1,665,300, of which\nthe City’s proportionate agency contribution is $266,986; and, 2. Approving\nthe Sixth Amendment to the West Orange County Water Board Joint Powers\nAgreement; and, 3. Authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute the\nAmendment on behalf of the City.
