9. ALLEY DEDICATION: 2528 EL PASEO – F2M24-8, M2M24-44, D2M24-2031\nStaff requests that the City Council accept an alley dedication for the project located at\n2528 El Paseo. As part of the approval for the project located at the aforementioned\naddress, a 2.5-foot dedication of property adjacent to the existing alley was required. The\nsketch and legal description have been completed and been reviewed and approved by\nthe City Engineer.\nRecommended Action: City Council adopt Minute Order No. M2M24-44 as follows:\nRESOLVED by the Alhambra City Council as follows: This Council hereby\naccepts that certain Easement (Deed No. D2M24-2031) from Joshua\nMoreno and Kaysa Moreno granting to the City of Alhambra an easement\nfor public alley purposes and appurtenant facilities the real property in the\nCity of Alhambra, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more\nparticularly described as follows:\nThe east 2.50 feet of the north 40.00 feet of Lot 133 of Granada\nPark, in the City of Alhambra, County of Los Angeles, State of\nCalifornia, as per Map recorded in Book 12, Pages 150 and\n151 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said\nCounty. Comprising an area of 100 square feet, more or less.\nand, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
