Item No. 25. 2023-0147 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A PURCHASE ORDER TO OCEAN BLUE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INC. FOR INVOICES FOR SERVICES RENDERED TO CLEAN UP AND DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS CITYWIDE (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: TAKE the following actions: 1. WAIVE the contract requirements of the Carson Municipal Code ("CMC") pursuant to Carson Municipal Code 2605(b)(2)(ii); and 2. AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order to Ocean Blue in the total amount of $37,883.96 to pay six (6) outstanding invoices received to date for FY 23/24.
