CONSIDER AWARD RESERVOIR CLEANING PROJECT\nCEQA: Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant\nto Section 15306.\nRecommended Action:\nAward a professional services agreement to Harper & Associates Engineering, Inc. for cleaning\nand inspection of the City’s potable water reservoirs in amount of $108,285; approve a\ncontingency in the amount of $21,715 for a total amount of $130,000; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the agreement and any future amendments or extensions within the City\nManager's authority.
