SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2024-01 24-003 AMENDING TITLE 13 (PLANNING, ZONING, AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE COSTA MESA MUNICIPAL CODE TO MODIFY THE CITY’S OUTDOOR DINING PROVISIONS (CODE AMENDMENT PCTY-23-0002) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the Council give second reading to and adopt Ordinance No. 2024-01 approving Code Amendment PCTY-23-0002, amending Title 13 (Planning, Zoning, and Development) of the Costa Mesa Municipal Code to modify the City’s Outdoor Dining provisions.
