M. Consideration and possible action to appoint members to the City’s Youth Advisory Committee. (Hunter) Recommendation: 1) By majority vote of the entire City Council, appoint four members to the Youth Advisory Committee with terms of office ending August 2024, and nine members to the Youth Advisory Committee with terms of office ending in August 2025 as recommended by the Council Subcommittee; and,2) Select the Chair and Vice-chair of the Youth Advisory Committee as recommended by the Council Subcommittee.
