1. Consideration and possible action to approve installing left-turn signal arrows for Hawthorne Boulevard at the intersection with Eddinghill Drive/Seamount Drive. (Casil) (45 mins) Recommendation: 1) Approve the installation of left-turn signal arrows for Hawthorne Boulevard at the intersection with Eddinghill Drive/Seamount Drive, yellow reflective backplates to the signal heads on Hawthorne Boulevard, and speed limit signs on the northbound and southbound approaches of Hawthorne Boulevard; and, 2) Direct Staff to include the left-turn signal arrows in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program.
