C. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR CITYWIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES
The City Council is requested to approve an agreement for janitorial services for
city facilities.
Recommendation:
1. Approve a two (2) year and five (5) month Agreement for Citywide Janitorial
Services (Agreement) to Ultimate Maintenance Services, Inc.; and
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
