RECEIVE AND FILE EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THE INCREASE IN WATER RATES AND CHARGES It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Receiving and filing effective date for the increase in water rates and charges; (2) Direct the City Manager to postpone implementing the approved rates until after the City Council considers issuing bonds for infrastructure financing (in February 2024); and (3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
