2-B. AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE LEGISLATIVE SUBPOENAS REGARDING THE POTENTIAL REVOCATION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. CU-89-004 (AS AMENDED AND MODIFIED) HELD BY ATLANTIC SQUARE, LLC (CONTINUED FROM NOVEMBER 1, 2023) It is recommended that the City Council consider: (1) Adopting a Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to issue legislative subpoenas for testimony and records related to the potential revocation of CUP No. CU-89-004 (as amended) that was originally approved via Resolution No. 9356, adopted August 29, 1989 (and subsequently modified/amended); and (2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
