12.g RESOLUTION 2024-001 TO ACCEPT AND APPROPRIATE $50,000 IN OUT OF SCHOOL (OST) YOUTH MENTORING GRANT FUNDS FOR A YOUTH MENTORING PROGRAM IN IMPERIAL BEACH THROUGH THE PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES (PRCS) DEPARTMENT (1020-05). Recommendation: Adopt Resolution 2024-001 to accept and appropriate $50,000 in Out of School Youth Mentoring Grant Program Funds through NRPA for a two-year youth mentoring program with the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department. Authorize the City Manager or designee to executive a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
