Find that the request is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Sections 15304 (Class 4: Minor Alterations to Land) and 15311 (Class 11: Accessory Structures); 2. Introduce and give first reading to an Ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALISO VIEJO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 15.34.120 OF THE ALISO VIEJO MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW POLE 4 SIGNS IN COMMERCIAL SHOPPING CENTERS LOCATED ALONG STATE ROUTE 73; and 3. Adopt a Resolution approving a Master Sign Program and an Exception Permit for a pole sign with reduced number of parking stalls at 26852-27072 La Paz Road (Applicant: Target).
