8. First amendment to the Professional Services Agreement By and Between the City of Hawthorne and Think & Make Design Firm for Consultant Services. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council: 1. Approve the amendment of the Professional Services Agreement with Think and Make for the period of one year from 1/12/2024 to 1/12/2025 to provide professional services necessary to administer and implement the CDBG funded Commercial Facade Rehabilitation Program. 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep record of documents necessary to administer the amended Fiscal Year 2023- 2024 Professional Services Agreement with Think and Make. 3. Authorize the Department of Finance to establish all necessary blanket purchase orders as needed on multiple projects concurrently for Think and Make not to exceed $50,000 per approved single project.
