9) PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE PROGRAM YEAR (PY) 2024 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACTION PLAN It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Conduct a public hearing regarding the PY 2024 CDBG Action Plan; and 2.
