20. Approval of Amendment Number 2 to the Consultant Services Agreement with Terra Realty Advisors Inc. to provide various real estate services related to outdoor advertising. It is recommended that the City Council authorize the Mayor to execute the Amendment subject to any non-substantive changes made by the CEO and City Attorney and authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate funding and make the necessary budget adjustments.
