Approve Amendment No. 4 to Funding Agreement No. F3507 with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for Grant Funding for the South Baldwin Park Commuter Bikeway Project It is recommended that the City Council approve and authorize the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 4 to the FA with the LACMTA.
