Approval of Revised Relinquishment Agreement with Caltrans for the Relinquishment of State Highway Roads and Collateral Facilities Fronting Interstate 10 Within the Boundaries of the City of Baldwin Park It is Staff's recommendation that the City Council approve the updated Relinquishment Agreement with the State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for the relinquishment of state highway roads and facilities and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.
