19. Approve an Agreement between the Hawthorne Police Department and Brinc Drones for a five (5) year contract for Drone First Responder (DFR), in the amount of $503,750.00 and Approval of Blanket Purchase Order, not to exceed $61,750.00 to Brinc Drones for the first year of the Brinc contract services. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the agreement with Brinc Drones for Drone First Responder (DFR) in the amount of $503,750.00 for the five-year term of the agreement and a blanket purchase order Not to Exceed $61,750.00 to Brinc Drones for the first year of the contract services and authorize the Chief of the Police Department to execute the agreement and any make minor amendments thereto.
